A fast-growing, operations-focused company that relies on streamlined logistics and efficient warehouse management to drive success. With a lean, high-performing team, their Herndon, VA warehouse serves as the core of their operations—and they are looking for a hands-on, results-driven  General Manager – Warehouse to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure excellence in production, packing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a bilingual (English/Spanish) team to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Manage and optimize all production and packing processes to ensure quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are consistently followed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including production output and packing accuracy.
• Collaborate with upper management to align warehouse operations with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, including leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience with production and packing operations within a warehouse setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory management systems).
