Job Summary:

As a Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your main objective will be to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, resolve their inquiries and concerns, and build strong customer relationships.

Pay: $31.15 - $34.22 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently through the live chat platform

- Provide technical support for our waste management services, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through the process

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved and provide additional assistance if needed

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer information in the database

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex customer issues

- Continuously stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

- Contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in a live chat environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficient in using technology and web-based systems

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping customers

- High level of empathy and ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
