Learn more about working at Avive: About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation that has experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaings to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and most importantly a ton of sales to our website/e-commerce store and call center! Put simply, this role will own our website, and be responsible for driving significant traffic to the site to generate sales via e-commerce and/or capture qualified leads that can be worked and closed by our sales team. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Marketing team (content, visual design, brand, product marketing, sales and partnership enablement) , SDR team, and Revenue Ops team. This role is will play a key role in our Commercial organization and have a substantial impact on top line revenue growth for Avive as we drive to meet our explosive growth objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation strategies across multiple revenue channels including e-commerce, inside sales, outside sales, and strategic partnerships.
  • Own the website - you will be responsible for ensuring the on-site experience is exceptional and built to capture/convert leads and drive sales, that the right content and creative is being generated to support SEO and other marketing campaign efforts, that A/B tests are being run to measure the effectiveness of different campaigns, and more
  • You will collaborate closely with our Lead Visual Designer on the design vision of the website
  • Strategize and execute on marketing programs including newsletter growth to drive organic traffic to our website, build and nurture lead funnels, and score and transfer leads to appropriate revenue channels
  • Directly manage spend and creating compelling marketing campaigns for paid channels (google ad spend, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc…) to drive qualified traffic to our website
  • You will be expected to manage paid spend as a media buyer and directly manage agencies
  • You will be expected to act as a media buyer and creative strategist to maximize ROI
  • You will be expected to constantly test, analyze and iterate on campaigns to ensure we are driving profitable spend, and investing dollars in the right areas to drive rapid growth, while maximizing ROI
  • Use analytics tools to gather insights, measure and report on KPI's, report on, and make actionable recommendations to leadership on what should be done to optimize the performance of all demand generation programs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content and creative for campaign concepts and deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing team to create a segmented nurture strategy for leads to keep them engaged, with the goal of ultimately qualifying and converting those leads
  • Work closely with the RevOps team to optimize the funnel, build and understand buyer journeys, segment leads, track and report on campaigns, and develop marketing automation processes
  • Collaborate with SDR teams on targeted campaigns they are running to improve effectiveness. Leverage data to recommend customer segments to target as well as new campaign strategies to test.

Who you are:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a demand generation marketer, growth marketer, or e-commerce manager at a company that has rapidly scaled
  • Having already led these functions for multiple years at prior roles is a plus!
  • Expert-level proficiency with WordPress sites and Shopify. You know how to get under the hood and directly install tools like GTM, install and troubleshoot Shopify Apps, directly adjust and iterate PDPs for rapid CRO tests, and more!
  • We're not looking for someone to outsource their ideas. Instead, we need someone with deep subject matter expertise to take on these challenges directly
  • Extensive experience with GA4, AdWords, and other relevant analytics tools such as Elevar
  • Extensive experience using Segment.io and Klayvio to develop customized customer journeys across platforms.
  • Bonus if you have experience integrating data from CallRail, social media accounts, and Salesforce as additional inputs to develop a clear UCP.
  • You know how to build sound attribution models from an omnichannel sales and marketing organization (we have web visits, inbound phone calls, external trade shows, and everything in between!).
  • Experience managing digital marketing vendors, agencies, and third-party platforms to drive marketing initiatives and maximize ROI
  • You are also skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and managing new industry leading contractors, consultants, and agencies while adhering to budget and performance metrics
  • In-depth understanding of the sales funnel stages and buyer journey dynamics. You know how to analyze customer behavior, spot trends based on certain events, and test and iterate to optimize performance
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) for managing campaigns, goals, and objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with creatives, contractors, and agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing, producing, and sharing KPIs throughout the department and with senior management
  • Creative thinker with a penchant for testing new ideas, coupled with a robust data-driven approach.
  • An uncanny ability to guide customers through the sales funnel, as well as nurturing leads into loyal advocates
  • Fast executor who prioritizes market testing over prolonged perfectionism
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience as a demand generation marketer, growth marketer, or e-commerce manager at a company that sells hardware solutions or consumer goods through a multi-channel approach that includes e-commerce
  • Web UX and development experience on WordPress sites
