The Retreat on Charleston Peak is looking for a friendly, energetic Café Attendant to join our team. Our café is a grab-and-go concept, and we’re seeking someone with strong customer service experience, an outgoing, bubbly personality, and a love for the outdoors. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere • Prepare and serve grab-and-go food and beverage items • Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café • Restock items and monitor inventory levels • Answer guest questions about menu items and the Retreat • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience required • Food & beverage or café experience preferred • Friendly, upbeat, and people-oriented personality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Strong communication skills • Enjoys working in an outdoor, mountain setting • Current Food Handlers Card and TAM Card • Weekends and Holidays required About Company: Nestled at 6,700 feet in Kyle Canyon, The Retreat on Charleston Peak offers a serene escape just 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
