Project Details

• Support critical priority applications in the Division of Employment and Training and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation .
• Work in self-directed Agile Scrum teams .
• Responsibilities include:
  • Application design & development
  • Integration with 3rd party software
  • Data conversion
  • New development & code enhancements
  • Web services development & system integration

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be Wisconsin resident (or relocate before start).
• Experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management.
• Experience with OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) web applications & batch processing.
• Proven success in:
  • Web services design & development
  • System integration
  • Agile Scrum

 Technical Skills (Required)

• Languages/Frameworks:
  • ASP.NET
  • VB.NET
  • C#
  • Object-Oriented Design
  • MS .NET Frameworks 4 & 6.
• Development Tools:
  • Visual Studio.NET.
  • MS Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • MS Azure DevOps.
• Architectural Patterns:
  • MVC & MVVM design patterns.
• Database:
  • Oracle PL-SQL.

 Preferred Skills

• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud OR Microsoft Azure.

Mandatory Skills:

• .NET (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#).
• OOD, MVC/MVVM.
• Oracle PL-SQL.
• OLTP & batch processing.
• Government/Insurance/Case Management domain experience.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure experience.
• Agile Scrum experience.
• Azure DevOps / TFS.
