We’re looking for a sharp, organized administrative assistant to support the Cost Reporting and Compliance division of a growing homecare agency. You’ll help gather documents, coordinate across departments, and keep internal systems organized and on track. This role is perfect for someone with excellent attention to detail , a proactive mindset, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with document collection for cost reports (payroll, invoices, etc.)
Organize files and follow up with department heads to meet deadlines
Track reporting requirements and coordinate submission timelines
Maintain internal logs and status updates on compliance progress
Support the Director of Cost Reporting with other admin duties as needed
Ideal Candidate
administrative experience (healthcare or regulated industry preferred)
Exceptionally organized , responsive, and detail-oriented
Can manage multiple deadlines and follow up without being micromanaged
Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud folders, and digital records
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative remote environment
