Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager on behalf of our direct client, a leader in the manufacturing industry. This position involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining compliance, and managing staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Optimize inventory control processes and perform regular stock counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and industry standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure shipment accuracy, resolve quality-related issues, and maintain operational integrity.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and minimize delivery delays.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and implement improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in warehouse management, preferably within the tyre or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective decision-making and team-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management, logistics, and compliance regulations.
