Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Cirrus Aircraft seeks a driven, talented and experienced Traffic & Project Manager to join the global leader in personal aviation as we continue expanding our global footprint, product portfolio, aftermarket services offerings and operations. • As projects are opened by the marketing department in Wrike, the Traffic & Project Manager creates schedules that will ensure that the work will be completed within the specified deadlines while allowing ample time to get the work done to the expectations of the requester.
• Reviews daily workloads with department leads and adjusts assignments as needed making sure that the appropriate talent is utilized, and workloads are balanced.
• Adjusts project schedules and overall workload as project demands or priorities change.
• Ensures each marketing team member knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates.
• Acts as the mediator between all stakeholders to establish and re-evaluate priorities.
• Informs stakeholders when required to get approvals or gather assets to complete work.
• Keeps in contact with relevant departments regarding current deadline status and any issues that may require attention.
• Coordinates all outsourced requirements and the scheduling and delivery of those resources.
• Prepares production estimates based on briefings from various stakeholders and suppliers

This role collaborates with the larger marketing & media department to support sales, service and other Cirrus Aircraft teams. The position is located in Knoxville, TN at the Cirrus Aircraft Vision Center. This role reports to the Executive Director, Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field
• Five (5) or more years of project management or relative experience required
• Experience with marketing organization platforms such as Wrike
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required (Spoken, Written and Reading)
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Advertising/Marketing agency experience preferred

• Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and techniques across various marketing channels
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
