Job Description

  • On-campus position in Spotswood, NJ until June 2026. Potential to transition to a permanent role at a different location
  • $150,000 annual compensation (6-month engagement)
  • Immediate health coverage, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth

  • Have you ever wanted to demonstrate what's achievable when you model rather than lecture?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by deploying a fundamentally different approach. Your six-month engagement will bring this model to reality at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students while concurrently preparing the instructional team to implement the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No theoretical presentations. You'll model best practices in real time, with students present, as staff members watch and absorb.

This assignment suits candidates within commuting range or individuals seeking a high-stakes temporary engagement with concrete deliverables and a fixed conclusion date. If you excel at catalyzing change in both young learners and educators, this six-month project enables you to generate quantifiable results across both populations.

Model excellence. Equip the team. Submit your application today.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Observing instructional staff and support personnel at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group formats
    • Working with students in small-group or individual configurations: tracking advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective practices for the broader team
    • Facilitating life skills sessions that captivate students and illustrate exemplary workshop delivery for observing staff
    • Leveraging student performance data to refine coaching strategies and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved
    • Conducting post-observation and post-workshop debriefs with staff to solidify best practices and address inquiries
