As a Sr. Human Resources Analyst at Marvin, you will be responsible for producing business-critical people insights in a clear, digestible way to HR partners and leaders across the organization.

You will be based at company headquarters, in Warroad, Minnesota , so you can be close to our largest workforce and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Highlights of your role
  • Determine and deliver an optimum and clear way to present data to our HR partners and Marvin leadership, including developing and maintaining HR scorecards/dashboards.
  • Implement technically advanced, automated, and sustainable solutions to analytic requests.
  • Support employee engagement survey administration and results interpretation
  • Lead efforts to ensure HR data integrity and governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain regular cadence of people analytics and insights to inform HR data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.

  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Proven track record of superior service delivery.
  • Expert Excel skills required.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence and/or data analysis, preferably in People/HR team
  • Interest or experience in the Human Resources field is strongly desired
  • Strong track record of success using one or more BI platforms / visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge or interest with relational databases and/or data warehouses is a plus
