Job Description

We’re hiring an innovative, creative, and experienced Social Media Coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. This person will be responsible for developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identifying key digital media opportunities, engaging with influencers, and reporting analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results.   • Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts
  • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
  • Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Create relevant and engaging content that aligns with our reputation and elevates our brand
  • Creates a plan for posting across all social media platforms based on metrics and consistency
  • Uses creativity and brand awareness to think outside of the box and come up with creative content
  • Attends events, photo shoots, and various other activities to capture content
  • Engages with followers and actively pursues various other industry professionals to expand reach and followers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media strategist
  • Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video
  • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
  • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related major
