Job Description

Villa Verde in Greenville, NC is looking for four server/bartender to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 2601 E 10th Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service to ensure satisfaction
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information with restaurant guest
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Addressing customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Checking the quality of dishes before serving to the guests

Qualifications

• Must be a team player
• Must be outgoing & energetic
• Must be able to multi-task
• Previous serving experience is a must
• Previous bartending experience is a must
• Must be at least 21 years old
