Job Description

About the Role

Location3 is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who thrives on helping franchise and multi-location brands grow. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of SEO campaigns—from strategic planning and technical execution to performance analysis and client consultation.

You'll work within a dedicated cross-functional Pod team , supporting both franchisor and franchisee marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in enterprise-level SEO and local SEO —driving brand-wide visibility while boosting performance for individual franchise locations.

This role will also support LSEO content development, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and emerging AI-powered SEO applications , with access to structured upskilling and team training opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated SEO strategies for franchise and multi-location clients, driving measurable growth across national and local markets.

  • Conduct keyword research and map SEO opportunities by category, region, and location.

  • Optimize site architecture, on-page elements, and content for both enterprise visibility and local search performance.

  • Collaborate with content, analytics, and development teams to implement technical SEO best practices.

  • Lead and support LSEO content development , ensuring content aligns with search intent and franchise goals.

  • Contribute to CRO strategies , including on-page testing, UX analysis, and conversion tracking.

  • Apply and test emerging AI-driven tools to increase efficiency and performance in SEO and content workflows.

  • Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Partner with Paid Media, Local Listings, and Analytics teams to align SEO with cross-channel campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years (ideally 5+) of SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment.

  • Proven success in both enterprise SEO (large-scale optimization, content strategy, technical audits) and local SEO (Google Business Profiles, citations, localized content, NAP consistency).

  • Experience managing SEO for franchise or multi-location brands strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of how national and local search intersect to drive measurable results.

  • Familiarity with CRO principles and willingness to grow in this area through structured team training.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools to improve workflow and campaign efficiency.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Skills & Background

  • Experience in social media, PPC, and/or display and affiliate marketing a plus.

  • Experience with performance-based PPC campaign builds and optimization.

  • Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam – Qualified Individual.

  • Google Search Advertising Advanced Exam – Qualified Individual.

Who You Are
