About this team
The UX Research function is a key part of the Global Digital Omni Guest Support team in that it provides a cross-team specialist capability in understanding user needs, user testing designs and concepts, and providing insights to shape key priorities across digital (ecommerce site and app), omni, call center, and store experiences for guests (customers) and educators (store and call center employees serving customers).

Thetypical hiring range for this position inWashingtonis from $156,600 - $205,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offerings,subject to program eligibility requirements.
