This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-exposure cases with no billable hour requirements and no case origination pressure .

We are expanding our litigation team and are looking to hire 8 Senior Litigation Associates .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-value, high-exposure personal injury litigation cases
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients and guide them through each stage of litigation
• Work closely with experts, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits
• Collaborate with a strong in-office litigation team and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license (required)
• Experience in personal injury or civil litigation
• Strong deposition and writing skills
• Willing to work minimum 50 hours per week
• Highly motivated, driven, and resilient mindset
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally

Trial experience is a plus but not required — training and mentorship provided

Fully in-office position
No remote or hybrid work — this is non-negotiable
