Senior Internet Marketing Consultant, Media Technology (Mexico City)

Rise Interactive is a leading digital media advertising and customer experience agency that develops, integrates, and uses media technology that enables clients to shift marketing investments fluidly and as effectively as possible while delivering the most relevant experiences for their customers. Our proprietary approach relies on an interconnected set of tools for analysis, scenario planning, personalization, and optimization, enabling a real-time, unified view of portfolio performance that pinpoints and prioritizes areas of opportunity.

We are seeking to hire an Internet Marketing Consultant, Media Technology who is detail-oriented to join our digital media advertising and customer experience agency. Execute and manage tracking tag implementation for accurate data collection, tracking, and media optimization. Support measurement strategies used by channel teams to optimize media performance. Become an expert in setting up and maintaining Rise's proprietary Connex platform to enable our Client Services team to drive performance and growth for our amazing portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage tracking tag placements: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement tracking tags on websites and digital assets, ensuring accurate data collection for effective campaign tracking and performance measurement.
  • Manage and troubleshoot tracking tags: Utilize tag management systems to efficiently deploy and manage tracking tags. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve any tagging issues or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
  • Execute measurement strategies: Support the implementation of measurement strategies used by channel team members to optimize media performance. Implement tracking parameters, event tags, and custom variables to accurately capture campaign data and metrics for analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborate with channel teams: Partner with paid search, programmatic, social media, and other digital marketing channels. Understand their goals, provide implementation support, and contribute to discussions and meetings for alignment and addressing implementation-related concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry best practices, digital marketing tracking advancements, and emerging technologies. Share insights and knowledge with internal teams to optimize campaign strategies and enhance tracking implementation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executing and managing tracking tag implementation and supporting the execution of measurement strategies within a media agency or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
  • Proficiency in tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use operational ticketing and project management tools
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communications skills, with strong experience in communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, organized, ambitious individual with a passion for marketing technology
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
