Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing implementing and supervising individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a passion for improving the lives of individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  
• Conduct regular parent training and support sessions to facilitate skill generalization.
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients strengths needs and goals.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client records including progress notes and reports.
  
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients as well as supervise and train behavior technicians.
  
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
  
• Collaborate with families caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.
  
• Monitor and evaluate client progress making datadriven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles techniques and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in data collection analysis and treatment plan modification.
  
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
