Receptionist – Join Our Elite Team at Lexus of Orlando & Lexus of Winter Park! Lexus of Orlando and Lexus of Winter Park, Central Florida’s premier luxury dealerships, are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-end environment, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities

Front Desk Excellence: Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
Warm Welcome: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Data Entry: Accurately input guest information into our customer management system.
Report Management: Prepare and maintain Excel prospect tracking reports.

Job Requirements

Experience: Prior receptionist or customer relations experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
Fast-Paced Adaptability: Maintain a positive attitude while managing high-volume interactions.
Professional Presence: Pleasant demeanor with a polished professional appearance.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel is required.
Flexible Schedule: Availability for evening shifts (up to 9 PM), Saturdays, and Sundays.
