  • Manage the day-to-day operations and systems that support your team’s success
  • Drive team production and performance goals

Qualifications:
  • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
  • Real estate license required
  • Brokers' license or ability to obtain one
