Windermere Summit, a virtual brokerage, is offering a unique opportunity to gain access to Snohomish Windermere offices. The goal is to give agents unified access to more education, training, and business opportunities to kick-start their business rapidly. Agents will receive in-depth coaching that comes with high accountability. Windemere Summit is a launch pad for successful agents, with the end goal of placing them in an office of their choice within two years.
Windermere Summit currently has approximately 50 newly licensed agents and adds 10-15 every 60 days, per cohort.
Windermere Summit Snohomish is looking for a high-performing Branch Manager, that has experience in building a team, managing them remotely, and that has a history of winning. The systems and processes have been built. This position has unlimited earning potential, as well as big career advancements. #LI-Hybrid

Help screen and accept professional recruits, representing Windermere's future.
Out-counsel or terminate unproductive agents or those that do not embrace the Windermere Summit culture.
Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with agents through consistent coaching, mentoring, and sales support.
Stay updated, and informed and ensure that the value adds of tools, resources, and services are consistently visible and available to your branch.
Participate in onboarding, orientation, and transition of new recruits, while setting them up for success.
