The Radiology Manager of Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab will work in an environment where employee satisfaction is highly valued with low turnover rate and family atmosphere being embraced. The Radiology Manager of Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab will supervise patient care and direct operational and personnel activities of all Imaging services for the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and EP Lab. The Radiology Manager of Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab will be responsible to oversee the daily function of the Lab, update yearly and verify that appropriate minimum staffing and department goals are achieved. The ideal Manager of Cath Lab Diagnostic Imaging should have RCIS or ARRT, CRT and Fluoroscopy are required with 3 years’ experience in a leadership role and as a licensed technologist in the Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab required. Two (2) years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath technologist able to perform specialized procedures. The Radiology Manager of Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab will represent the Cath Lab Imaging, Interventional Radiology IR and EP Lab at all meetings, prepare all budgetary reports, develop all required policies / procedures and protocols, document monthly statistical summaries / variances and act as a liaison between the lab, other departments, hospitals, physicians and their offices and will work with the nurse, senior technologist and educator to assure all staff competencies, evaluations and actions are documented and completed on time.
