MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Project Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of multiple Internal GDIT customer teams. You will play a crucial role in:
Lead/Manage/Support as a Project Manager in the PMO office you will typically support 2-4 projects meeting the internal needs of General Dynamics lines of business and functional areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage project budget, risk, schedule and scope
Drive positive outcomes through facilitation with the project team by leading consensus building discussion
Utilize our methodology and gates to drive project success while meeting all governance policies
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst Principal must have:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Experience managing IT projects thru formal methodology. Project management experience with cross-functional matrixed teams. Familiarity with Smartsheet a nice to have. Ability to drive project performance, facilitation skills, presentation skills, collaborative consensus building, vendor management, critical relationship management with internal stakeholder teams, and a solid ability to manage risk and competing resources.

The likely salary range for this position is $111,350 - $150,650. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
