Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with preference in a technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated, successful project execution experience in a technical field; marine and/or digital product development experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively, provide feedback for performance coaching, and balance workloads.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a resilient attitude to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
  • Able to make decisions within a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, self-determined, and adaptable with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
