POSITION: Presidential Research Associate

LOCATION: Washington DC, with remote work negotiable

American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Research Associate to join our Presidential Research Team for the 2024 election cycle. This position is based in our Washington, DC, office but remote work is negotiable.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Working as part of a team to produce comprehensive opposition research products on Republican candidates in the 2024 presidential race;
• Collecting information from sources including legislative votes, news clips, campaign finance reports, financial and legal records, and research databases;
•  Reporting results and findings to senior staff;
•  Performing rapid response research projects in key electoral races;
•  Other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines a must;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Strong commitment to teamwork;
• Self-motivation, the ability to work independently;
• Experience with primary source documents and research databases such as LexisNexis is preferred;
• Previous political research experience is preferred.
