Scott Beall Fit is the #1 personal training gym in Northeast Denver.  We empower driven professionals to get strong, lose weight, and optimize their health.  Our program consists of strength training, cardio, nutrition, and coaching that balances high intensity with positive encouragement.  

We are actively seeking a ‘Rockstar’ Strength Coach who supports our mission to help driven professionals grow in heart, soul, mind, and strength.  An effective strength coach plays a key role in providing extreme client value and is committed to creating raving fans who work hard, share their success, recruit their friends, and stick with the program.

What You’ll Do

As a personal trainer with Scott Beall Fit (SBF), you’ll play a key role in delivering a transformational experience for our clients.

Here’s how:

• On-board new clients (Body composition measurements (using our InBody device), Nutrition Guide, Cardio Calendar)
• Conduct monthly assessments (Celebrate wins, address challenges, keep clients accountable to goals)
• Maintain strong professional client relationships (Giving them RESULTS-focused A+ coaching)
• Keep our studio space welcoming, tidy, and ready for action.
• Deliver exceptional programming (Using Starting Strength and Barbell Logic methods), and record results
• Coach with excellence (Demonstrating proper exercise technique, inspiring confidence, keeping clients accountable to their goals)
• Be open to learning and growing

What Success Looks Like

• Happy clients referring their friends and leaving 5-star reviews
• Maintaining a 85% or higher renewal rate
• Keeping client attendance on track at 85% or above

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current CPR/AED Certification
• NASM certification (or equivalent) or degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science
• 1–3 years of training experience

Bonus Points for:

• Sales experience
• Familiarity with Starting Strength methods, Barbell Logic, and/or True Coach software
• Certified PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach
• Certified PN Level 2 Master Health Coach

What You’ll Get
