Chapman Chevrolet is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests and provide clerical support for the sales and business office teams. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, communicating with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
• Assist management with various clerical duties.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a related customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including phone and email etiquette.
• Basic computer skills including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Hours and Work Environment: This onsite position working in the dealership showroom. Hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3PM to 9PM, every other Friday from 3PM to 9PM, and Saturdays from 7AM to 2PM. Schedule and hours may vary occasionally due to holidays and scheduled time off for other team members.
