Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time accountant to join our team and handle the day-to-day accounting needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. This role will report to the HR Director and will work closely with other members of the team to ensure accurate financial records and reports.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and process payroll
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Work with external accountants to facilitate annual audits and tax filings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
