Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Filler to join our warehouse team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
Verify product quantities, labels, and quality before shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely, if required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting cycle counts.
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order-filling experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
