As a Data Manager within the Client Onboarding and Service Migration team, you will be a key driver in transforming our migration data strategy into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in requirements gathering, data modeling, scripting, data collection, and visualization. Based on you experience, there may be opportunity to manage analysts to navigate complex data structures, implement controls, and remove roadblocks. In addition to migration execution, the position will support portfolio reporting which will require developing insights based on portfolio data and creating effective presentations to support leadership understanding of client impact and risk. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business and technology strategy. Your ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial in this role.
