Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Provide behavioral health counseling services. + Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. + Administer individual and group therapy. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations. + Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. + Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. + Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + One or more of the following required: + Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
