Job Title: Licensed Agent
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Licensed Agent to join our client in providing exceptional Medicare and healthcare insurance support. This onsite, temporary position based in Blue Bell, PA, will be instrumental in assisting clients with plan selections, answering inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing during the busy Annual Enrollment Period and beyond. The ideal candidate will have active state licensing, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
Compensation:
• $19.50/hour
Work Schedule:
• Annual Enrollment Period: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
• Post-March: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Agent:
• Conduct both auto-dialer and manual outbound calls to assist clients with Medicare and healthcare insurance needs
• Guide clients through plan options, answer coverage questions, and complete necessary enrollment steps
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and client guidelines
• Accurately enter and update client information in data management systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and maintain high-quality service standards
Qualifications and Skills for the Licensed Agent:
• Active Pennsylvania Health & Accident Insurance License required (NJ license or reciprocity preferred)
• Medicare and healthcare insurance experience required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to understand insurance terminology and processes
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused demeanor
• Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules during peak enrollment periods
