MS-IL Staffing & Packaging  and its local client are NOW HIRING  Grain Elevator Workers  in the F owler, Indiana, area!

$20 / hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available- hours vary

** Must be flexible to work OVERTIME & WEEKENDS as needed**

Grain Elevator Workers will work in and out of grain bin elevators and on the manufacturing floor to clean while maintaining the safety of factory workers. Associate must strictly follow employer’s safety protocol.

Job responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads trucks
• Takes grain samples
• Sweeps, mops, and cleans up grain and mill scrap on factory floor
• Performs housekeeping tasks to keep facility clean and organized at all times
• Works with manufacturing team to accomplish tasks and to meet team goals
• Adheres to safety procedures & regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job experience & requirements:

• High school diploma or GED  required
• Manufacturing or farming operation experience  preferred
• Background check and drug screenings  required
• Must strictly follow employer’s safety protocol

Physical requirements:

• Can stand, bend over and squat for long periods of time
• Will work at heights

Dress code:

• 6" high steel toed boots
• Jeans without holes
• No loose-fitting clothing
• PPE provided
