Role overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Payment Processing Specialist to take over the related AP processes for several countries supported by GBSS Romania. We are looking for a person with high professionalism and trustworthiness.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Paying employees reimbursements by verifying employee ledger
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit (i.e. via payment run & wire transfer); generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Invoice Processing
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process working on payment rejection and getting the issue fixed with the help of bank, IT team

Key Skills:

• Interest to learn and increase knowledge in Accounts Payable processes
• Basic Knowledge of relevant accounting principles
• Solid data analysis skills
• Problem resolving skills and should be a team player
• ERP – SAP (preferred)
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal (level “B2”)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Comfortable working with targets
• Patience and ability to manage stress
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Team player
