Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced  Insurance Sales and Services Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexibility, growth potential, and a dynamic work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage explanations.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Educate customers using a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
  • Sell and manage a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements while maintaining ethical business practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with State Farm systems and processes is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus  but not required .

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty license and/or Life Insurance license).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
