It includes a base wage, 2 bonuses, and credit card tips. It doesn’t include cash tips, winning prizes, contests, and the owners buying the salon lunch on a busy Saturday.

Training… Education… All Paid! Nervous about a type of cut or technique? Great Clips has hundreds of online videos available to you. Start there and then practice on a mannequin with one of our expert trainers until you’re comfortable. Now – you’re ready to nail it with the next customer!
If you want to come to work, connect with everyone in the salon, make customers feel good about the great haircut you gave them, and then go home – this is the salon for you!

Within vGuru AZ LLC you can be a stylist, assistant manager, co-manager, salon manager, senior manager, or area manager.
