Role Overview :
This role tracks proposed and enacted state and federal policies, assisting the Government Relations Manager in coordinating the Medicaid legislative and regulatory work in alignment with agency and division priorities. You will assist the program administration team with the PathWays waiver waiting list activities. You will assist in coordinating the analysis of state legislative activity and the annual completion of several legally mandated reports and stakeholder survey instruments. Monitor the agency's regulatory work and provide support to agency personnel in implementing regulatory changes, and track federal and 50-state legislative activity related to Medicaid. Your role collaborates with the FSSA legislative team, agency, and division leadership to ensure policy, rule, and law changes in compliance and legislative requests receive a response.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
