We're hiring a
General Construction Laborer to support daily field operations across our custom home and renovation projects. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to contribute meaningfully to each project's success. You'll work with our project managers and trades to ensure quality craftsmanship, maintain safe and clean job sites, and deliver the high-touch service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform light framing, drywall, siding, and other basic carpentry/repair tasks
- Support trades and project managers with a variety of building and finishing tasks
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and client-ready at all times
- Demonstrate respect for job sites, client homes, and neighborhoods
- Wear company gear and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Represent Mahn Custom Homes with pride, responsibility, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications - 1 or more years of residential construction or general labor experience preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Comfortable using basic tools and construction equipment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Willingness to follow company processes and uphold high standards
