Job Description
Twinkle Toes has been connecting families and nannies in the South Charlotte area since 2022. We are urgently hiring for multiple full-time, part-time time and after-school positions that are available to start immediately. Certain positions do require infant experience.
An ideal candidate would be someone who is reliable, fun, comfortable driving children, and loves playing outside with the kids! We also have other families in the South Charlotte area: Matthews, Steele Creek, Ballantyne, Marvin, Arboretum area, and looking to get started as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
• Supervision: Constantly monitor the child based on age and activity level.
• First Aid Knowledge : Be trained in CPR and first aid, and know how to respond in emergencies.
• Safe Environment : Maintain a clean, hazard-free space (e.g., securing sharp objects, choking hazards, and toxic substances).
• Daily Updates : Share information about meals, naps, mood, activities, milestones, or any concerns.
• Respect Family Preferences : Follow the family’s rules, parenting style, and routines.
• Discretion and Confidentiality : Respect the family’s privacy and keep household matters confidential.
Qualifications:
• Be enthusiastic and playful with children.
• Be able to handle emergency situations if they arise.
• Be a caring presence in the lives of children.
• Be flexible and willing to stay late or come in early when necessary.
• Light housework/clean up after children.
• Be comfortable around pets and able to handle emergency situations if they arise.
• CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified.

Our job is to create a safe, respectful space between families and child givers to provide the best childcare services. Nannies will have access to our portal with job openings, 24-hour owner support, and backup services.
