NYC Premier Hospitality Group IGC is seeking an experienced Bartenders for one of the largest rooftops in NYC. IGC Hospitality owns and operates multiple high volume venues in NYC and Florida including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, The Wilson and The Rockaway Hotel.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and overall quality of service behind bar
-Ensure communication with bar team which can be relayed to management
-Manage inventory and supplies effectively. Weekly inventory into margin edge, and assistance with ordering
- Input on beverage program and work in tandem with general manager and beverage director on beverage program
- Build and grow relationships with clients and purveyors for repeat business
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude
