Bond Health Staffing is expanding and we’re looking for high-performance professionals to lead client acquisition and executive recruitment for hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. You’ll be sourcing and placing leaders—CNOs, CEOs, COOs, DONs, and other senior decision-makers—at hospitals, health systems, and healthcare orgs, creating massive impact in the healthcare marketplace.

Uncapped commission – Earn 20%–50% per placement
$180K–$250K+ average earnings (executive placements only)
Up to $293K with interim roles

You’ve worked and sold in executive search or healthcare
You’ve generated your own client leads, closed deals, and placed candidates

Month 1-3: Onboarding, training, building your pipeline Month 4-6: Establishing client relationships, First placements,

Client Development (40%):
Prospect hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations
Build relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders
Secure high-value retained search agreements
Negotiate fee structures and contract terms
Executive Recruitment (45%):
Source top-tier healthcare executives nationwide
Conduct executive interviews and assessments
Manage complex interview processes and negotiations
Present winning candidate solutions to clients
Business Growth (15%):
Track performance in company CRM systems
Develop market intelligence and industry insights
Collaborate with internal teams for maximum impact
