Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership.
Pink-4-Ever Ending Disparities, a national non-profit breast health organization, is seeking a part-time (28 hours per week), seasoned Executive Assistant to support two senior executives in the office of our Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters. This role is ideal for someone with executive presence, strong administrative instincts, and a sense of purpose.
You’ll be the administrative backbone of the office—bringing structure, efficiency, and urgency to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
