Lewiston, MN | Full-Time OR Part-Time| Evening/PM Shift| Entry-Level

Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2PM - 10PM, working every other weekend

What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Assistant , you’ll provide hands-on support to residents throughout the night, helping ensure safety, comfort, and well-being. You’ll:

• Assist with personal care routines (as needed)
• Provide companionship and monitor resident safety overnight
• Help with light housekeeping and dietary tasks
• Respond to resident needs with patience and care
• Support a positive, respectful living environment

You’ll be part of a caring team that makes a real impact on residents’ lives—even in the quietest hours. What You’ll Bring:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving (preferred)
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
