**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in developing and implementing engaging digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO).
* Help create and optimize engaging content for various platforms.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices.
* Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate on creative brainstorming for marketing initiatives.
* Manage and grow our social media presence through content creation, engagement, and inquiry response.
* Assist with email marketing campaigns (list segmentation, content creation, performance tracking).
* Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and organizing materials.
**Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing).
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
