We need a careful and reliable Data Entry Specialist to help our business by making sure that data is entered into our systems correctly and on time. The person who gets the job will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism, which will help the organization run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and keep data in the right databases and systems correct.
Check that the data is correct, complete, and consistent.
Get the data you need, put it in order, and analyze it.
Help with making reports and summaries of data.
Check the data for mistakes or missing information, fix any problems, and report what you find.
Keep all client and organizational data safe and private.
Follow the rules and procedures that have already been set for data entry and documentation.
Work with your team to fix data problems and help with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
You must live in the U.S.; applications from people who live outside the U.S. will not be looked at.
You need a high school diploma or something like it. An associate's degree is better.
1 to 3 years of experience with data entry or administration is preferred.
Good at using data entry software, the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Google Workspace.
Very good at typing with a lot of accuracy.
Good at organizing and paying attention to small things.
Ability to work alone, use time wisely, and meet deadlines.
Good at both writing and speaking.
Ability to keep sensitive information private and handle it with honesty.
Pay by the hour: $16 to $25.
