This is a remote position.
The Data Entry Assistant will provide support to our data team by performing entry tasks, validation, and documentation. The role offers remote working flexibility and supports both remote and on-site workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in entering and updating project data into company systems.
Validate remote entries and help rectify errors or omissions.
Maintain documentation of data entry activities and support remote file management.
Collaborate with the data team remotely and on-site to ensure seamless workflows.
Support the remote transition of data systems and assist with improvement efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in data entry or administrative assistance is a plus.
Familiarity with remote working tools, data entry software, spreadsheets.
Ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
