This CEC Associate will handle meaningful, technical inbound support for candidates pursuing industry-recognized credentials. You’ll troubleshoot, think critically and deliver a standout customer experience—far beyond password resets or scripted workflows. • Provide inbound phone, email and web support to global IT candidates
• Troubleshoot issues related to exams, credentials and account access
• Log detailed interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
• Consistently meet KPIs around accuracy, timeliness and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates and share insights in a remote environment
• Contribute ideas that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support new processes and adapt to evolving systems

• Tech-savvy customer support or call center experience
• Ability to multitask across calls, chats and cases in a high-volume queue
• Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce/Service Cloud experience highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and support moderately technical inquiries
• Comfort working Monday–Friday within the provided shift windows
