Location (city, state) : Addison, TX (Onsite with potential hybrid after training)

Industry: Healthcare – Provider Credentialing

Pay: $22 – $25 / hour (based on experience)

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization expanding its credentialing operations to meet end-of-year demands. This is a short-term contract opportunity with potential for hybrid flexibility after initial training.

Job Description:

We are seeking two Credentialing Specialists to support provider credentialing efforts. This role involves reviewing applications, identifying missing documentation, and ensuring providers are credentialed accurately and efficiently. Candidates must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review provider applications and identify missing documentation.
  • Communicate with providers to obtain necessary certifications and updates.
  • Work within credentialing portals to update profiles and track progress.
  • Follow up on pending applications to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the credentialing process.
  • Support credentialing for Medicaid and other government payors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing issues and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of credentialing experience required.
  • Experience with Medicaid credentialing and familiarity with TMHP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in credentialing platforms such as CAQH, Availity, and Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must have reliable transportation for onsite work.
