Job Description

SEG is seeking an amazing Creative Director to lead our brand vision. This is a highly creative, strategic role responsible for shaping how our story is told—across digital platforms, publications, photo and video content, and every touchpoint our clients experience.

If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, weddings, and the fast-paced world of marketing, this role offers the opportunity to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive SEG’s creative direction, ensuring all marketing and social content is innovative, on-brand, and trend-forward.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, PPC, publications, local media, and more).
  • Oversee the creation and submission of event portfolios and other publication materials.
  • Curate, manage, and organize all creative assets—photos, stories, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Work closely with vendors to secure imagery, content approvals, and partnership assets.
  • Plan and direct photo shoots, marketing events, tastings, and promotional activations.
  • Collaborate with SEO consultants, graphic designers, and PR professionals to optimize SEG’s digital presence.
  • Track and analyze ad performance to optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.
  • Maintain updated website content, galleries, and referral platforms.
  • Support the sales team by developing new funnels, promotions, and ad campaigns.
  • Build community relationships through events, fundraisers, and local partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new advertising agency relationships to expand our reach.
  • Produce quarterly newsletters, e-blasts, and 2–3 blogs per month.
  • Manage the marketing content calendar.
  • Assist with annual and monthly advertising budgets across digital, print, and social channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social media shifts, and marketing best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold SEG’s standards, policies, and guest-focused culture.
  • Capture live event footage as needed and travel to SEG venues regularly.
  • Occasionally support evening and weekend events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Expertise across all major social media platforms.
  • A true passion for weddings, events, and creative storytelling.
  • Energetic, confident, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Strong copywriting and creative writing abilities.
  • Ability to produce compelling content across mediums.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry competitors and digital market trends.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and people-first culture—one where kindness, professionalism, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll help shape one of the most defining elements of the SEG experience: how our brand shows up in the world.
