Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading non-for-profit healthcare organization, is seeking a Contract Healthcare Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-volume recruiting environment and contribute to a mission-driven organization.

As a Contract Healthcare Recruiter , you’ll play a pivotal role in filling critical clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring the organization meets its hiring goals. You’ll work alongside a team of four recruiters to manage a diverse portfolio of roles including; Registered Nurses (RNs), CNAs, and Caregivers. This role will be onsite and will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a great team and leaders.

Contract Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for clinical positions
• Quickly screen and assess candidates to meet hiring timelines
• Utilize ADP and Indeed for sourcing and candidate management
• Coordinate with stakeholders on onboarding processes, including health exams, start dates and introductory communications
• Share insights on company benefits and assist with new hire processes

Contract Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare experience required)
• Proven ability to fill roles efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and a personable, professional demeanor
• A quick learner who can adapt to systems and processes with ease
• Passion for the healthcare industry and commitment to supporting the organization’s mission
