What You Will Be Doing - Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational pathways—students move forward at individualized rates while you facilitate their discovery process
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
- Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they discover their strengths and passions
Basic Requirements Camp Counselor key responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Proven public speaking abilities, with demonstrated capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine drive to connect with, inspire, and motivate students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work in-person at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
